The all-new venue is located on the Penthouse level of the M88 Tower on Wyndham St - conveniently close to the L.K.F. social hub. The new ‘place-to-be’ is a stylish and welcoming setting for everyone to experience authentic “Mod-Med” (Modern Mediterranean) cuisine with a distinct leaning towards the ever-popular Spanish fare - created from the finest authentic ingredients and storied cooking traditions from across Southern Europe.

Quiero Más combines the relaxed atmosphere of your favorite neighborhood Tapas bar, Taverna or Trattoria with the elevated gastronomic dining experience that today’s adventurous “cuisineers” expect from contemporary dining - mixing the traditional dishes with modern cooking methods, serving the freshest, highest quality produce in a relaxing, upmarket environment.

The Interior & Design

Bespoke interiors created by the collaboration of the renowned design-maestro, Hernan Zanghellini (www.zha.com.hk) and a rising boutique design studio headed by style maven, Debora Marzocchi (www.m2ahk.com) are deeply reflective of the relaxed and visually stunning Mediterranean vibe found all over the golden coast. Interior features evoke the memorable dining experiences in busy Barca tapas-tables, breezy Greek-isle tavernas, relaxed Napolitano trattorias or perhaps even the scene-to-be-seen roadside cafés and bustling brasseries of the Cote d’Azure … Cobalt blue and turquoise highlights are scattered throughout the Dining Room filled with warm oak wood flooring, soft leather banquettes, Moorish lighting touches, faint Art-Deco stylings… even handcrafted Terra-cotta tiles adorning the island bar.

The 3000 square foot space offers many distinct places to relax and enjoy with each area offering a different experience for guests. cozy up to the feature bar in the middle of the dining room for a handcrafted cocktail, imported on-tap beer, or a glass of Spanish cava. Relax if you will, in the adjacent candle-lit Cocktail Lounge where pre (and post!) dinner drinks are a must. Soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the anticipation of the wonderful gastronomic experience ahead. In the main Dining Room, an assortment of small and large-party tables allows for intimate groups and fun-dining with friends. And finally, a private-dining table with the best view in the house, sure to be enjoyed for that special celebration with tailor-made Chef-menus available for that private, exclusive, elegant seclusion.

Meet the Chef

Leading the culinary charge at Quiero Más is notable Cuisineer and Chef extraordinaire – Alex Fargas. With an early career in his native Spain at the famed El Bulli hotel’s 2 Michelin-star “La Alquiera” under the mentorship of superstar-chef Ferran Adria, Chef Fargas moved from strength to strength pioneering innovative and creative Spanish cuisine at each opportunity – first in Beijing’s 1 Michelin-star “Mare Nordstrum” and then to the Jumeriah’s “Pisces” in Dubai – sharpening his skills and honing his culinary dexterity at every venue.

Arriving in Hong Kong over a decade ago, Chef Fargas has been enticing home audiences with his own twist on contemporary Spanish creations, first holding the helm at “Fofo” by the El Willy Group and then leading the team at “La Paloma” in Sai Ying Pun as the Chef-owner.

At Quiero Más, Chef Fargas expands on the Spanish gastronomic base to innovate a new level in ‘Mod-Med’ cuisine, melding as well, the renowned tastes of the regions of Spain, Southern France, Italy, Greece and perhaps even a hint of North Africa to scintillate Hong Kong’s culinary curiosity with original, fresh, exciting, and delicious dining experiences. Expect a little extravagance and luxury together with a delightfully clean and refreshing gastronomic indulgence in every bite.

Meet the Bar Team

Helming the bar team at Quiero Más, Beverage Manager Vincent Chue brings a refined beverage experience with an incredibly diverse range of beverage expertises. From a humble entry to Hong Kong's exuberant bar scene in 2002, to becoming a multiple award-winning mixologist, sommelier, and bartender, Vincent's wealth of skills and knowledge are evident in the beverage programme at Quiero Más.

Among the many prestigious titles to Vincent's decorated career, including a WSET Level 3 and the Sommelier Extraordinaire Award by Vino Veritas in 2016, Vincent also holds the title of Certified Whiskey Ambassador and members of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association and China Hong Kong Bartender Association.
